From a supine position, turn your body approximately 30 degrees to the right of the midline into a side-lying posture; cross your left ankle over your right ankle. Turn your head slightly to the left; bend your left arm at the elbow and raise it overhead, resting it against your ear to gently cradle your head. Once your left arm is positioned around your head, let it extend toward the right side. Extend your right arm flat along the bed; bring the index finger and thumb of your right hand together to form a circle, while allowing the remaining three fingers to splay naturally, and rest your palm gently against the headboard.
